HA-tag → Anti-HA (Affinity Purification) is a bioactive peptide with well-characterized properties and therapeutic applications.
Mechanism of Action
HA peptide (hemagglutinin epitope, derived from human influenza hemagglutinin protein residues 98-106) binds anti-HA monoclonal antibodies through specific CDR interactions. Used for immunoprecipitation, Western blot detection, and affinity purification. Elution with HA peptide (100-500 μg/mL) or low pH.
